Paleo Banana Bread Recipe

Paleo banana bread is a delicious and tender loaf for anyone looking forward to something healthy without giving up on tasty breakfast, yummy baked treats and satisfying snacks. Being paleo means that this bread has no dairy or grains, is gluten-free and contains no added sugar. It is Paleo sweetened with bananas only and thus perfect for an afternoon snack with any spread. It is kid approved meaning that you can enjoy a healthy breakfast with your entire family and because it’s easy to make, here is the recipe.

Ingredients
· Four bananas
· Four eggs
· A half cup of almond butter or sunflower seed, coconut or macadamia nut butter
· A half cup of coconut flour or almond flour
· One tablespoon baking soda
· One tablespoon cinnamon
· Four tablespoons of melted grass-fed butter
· One tablespoon baking powder
· One tablespoon vanilla
· A quarter teaspoon of sea salt

Instructions
· First things first, start by preheating the oven to approximately 350 degrees F
· Put the eggs, bananas, and butter in a blender and mix well. You can as well mix them in a mixing bowl, but you’ll require a good hand mixer
· After mixing your ingredients, add in the cinnamon, flour, baking powder, baking soda, sea salt, and vanilla and mix well
· Transfer the batter in a well-greased loaf pan or silicon pan and ensure its evenly distributed
· Bake it in the preheated oven for approximately 55 to 60 minutes until you spot a deep golden brown color in the center of the loaf
· Remove your bread from the oven and allow it to cool on a wire rack
· Slice, serve and enjoy
